I, King Skyler Hawk El, of the Azizan Moorish Nation, being of sound mind and body, do, by way of this notice, hereby issue this official and final decree:

That I, King Skyler Hawk El, on this 20th day of August, 1999, abdicate and relinquish any and all control of and over the Azizan Moorish Nation, to it’s new King, as of the same herein mentioned day, King Aziz D’Moor Ali El Bey, under my sovereign hand and authority, with the full blessing of the Council.

So shall it be written, so shall it be done.
